For engagements in
person, I'm based in [south-east outer] London
UK, and at certain times of the year in the City of Toronto, Canada, and will be happy to welcome you at my base, or attend meetings in a place of your choice within the area
of London / Toronto. I will not expect you to pay my travel expenses.
Please note
that, due to the inconvenience of computer viruses, I
will not open emails with attachments to them, especially
in case of first-time enquiries, unless there have been
prior arrangements. Nor will I open emails with blank
subject lines.
Times of Coaching Sessions: I do not operate within any typical office hours and prefer to remain flexible in time of coaching, which benefits especially clients with irregular working hours, professionals with busy traveling schedules, and those situated outside the UK / Canada and within time zones other than that of GMT / EST.
Answerphone:
If you contact me by phone and have reached my answerphone,
expect the following: If there is a
standard network-produced recording, this implies my unavailability
for an hour or under that time. If I'm unavailable for
longer than an hour, my answerphone will inform you about
times after which I will be able to answer the phone.
