All life coaching engagements and packs start with a one-off 1.5 - 2 hours' intake session. The time spam of the Intake
session depends on, and will be tailored to each client. No matter how long you work with me, you will only need to sail through one intake session.
I'd recommend that after your intake session you start with option 1, or 2, as these give maximum momentum at the start of the coaching
process. Consider option 3 only after you've taken option 1, or a few months of option 2.
